Why did we start Elite External Services Ltd?
The management duo that brought you specialist services in the Cladding & Roofline sector (Cornwall Elite Cladding Ltd & R&R Fascias), were constantly asked if they could provide or recommend others for other external services.
Having built two businesses up on the foundations of high-quality workmanship & a 5-star reputation, it's always difficult to recommend others, as you risk your own reputation without any control over the situation.
So (with some exceptions) we found ourselves leaving clients to navigate the industry by themselves.
This was a consistent bugbear, as whilst we had the right attitude towards high-quality workmanship, we couldn't quite meet the full extent of the skill sets required to deliver the full scope of the services we were asked about.
There was absolutely no way, we were going to supply services that we were not 100% certain we could deliver on.
Combining Strengths
After a lengthy spell of working together, renovating our local football club (Porthleven FC) the two owners of R&R Fascias & Cornwall Elite Cladding explained their dilemma with a local builder, that clearly shared the same philosophy of delivering high quality services within the industry.
We quickly realised that between us, we had the required skill sets in order to fulfil the whole array of services that clients ask us about.With over 30 (collective) years in the Cornish construction industry, delivering quality contrction to the residents of Cornwall we had finally reached the required level of knowledge to be able to offer such diverse services.
